Connie Zhang

Executive of HD Consultancy at China district & senior career consultant. She has more than ten years human resource and management working experience in the Fortune 500 companies of the world. Before entering HD (Shanghai), she has been the senior managers in the famous pharmacy companies such as Switzerland Roche, American Wyeth- Whitehall, Holland Nutricia etc. and she is familiar with the human resource strategy and management rules of the foreign companies especially European and American companies, holding rich practical experience at human resource management in the enterprises.

Mrs. Zhang

Ms. Zhang is Bachelor in finance, MBA and senior human resource management consultant, and she has been the senior human resource manager of multinational companies in the financial industry. Mrs. Zhang is the general manager in the branch of a human resource consulting company, at the same time; she is the senior career consultant in HD (Shanghai) consultancy.

Ms. Zhang has proficient human resource management knowledge and skills, rich marketing

management experience especially in the foreign banks and other fields of financial industry; she also owns financial theory background, practical operating experience. On the other hand, she has provided the human resource consulting for many multinational companies, investment consulting and training service.

李晓波先生

教育学学士、心理学博士,拥有10年以上在外资公司任人力资源管理工作之职,现为某欧洲独资公司高级人力资源经理,并兼任赫敦(上海)职业咨询有限公司资深顾问。

李先生有着扎实的心理学背景,曾有多篇专业论文在全国一、二类专业期刊及海外杂志发表、转载;

同时,他有着很强的跨国公司包括500强企业的人力资源管理实务。

Xiao Bo Lee

Mr. Lee holds bachelor in pedagogy and PHD in psychology; he has above 8-year working experience in human resource management of foreign companies. At present, he is the senior human resource manager in the foreign companies and senior consultant in HD Consultancy.

Mr. Lee has proficient knowledge of psychology, and a number of his papers have been published in the national first and second level journals, and taken to the foreign journals as well; at the same time, he owns very strong human resource management practice in the multinational companies including Fortune 500.

The key courses that Mr. Lee is good at include stress management, communication skills, time management, performance management and recruiting & interview skills, and employee training and developing. 李重霆亭先生

刘女士

Judy Liu

Mrs. Liu is the human resource specialist, holding bachelor in arts of East Chinese normal university, and is the senior consultant of HD (Shanghai) Consultancy. She ever has been the senior human resource manager and executive of Xi Landeng Huating Hotel, GE Electronic Ltd and GE headquarter etc.

Mrs Li was trained systematically during the time of working in the Fortune 500, and she holds much working experience in the human resource management in more than ten years. 姜女士

教育学学士和工商管理硕士。先后任职于世界500强企业负责项目管理、前期投资和培训发展工作,在国际航运、建筑、医药和软件行业有着长期的工作经验。目前担任欧美跨国管理咨询公司的培训顾问,兼任赫敦(上海)职业咨询有限公司的资深职业顾问。

她曾经在一个超过200个员工的企业里负责建立管理发展培训系统和销售培训系统,实施管理类培训和销售技巧培训。在微软亚太区域的管理培训项目获得了微软总部颁发的2002年度人力资源项目奖。

她设计实施和讲授的课题包括:变革管理和不断完善,如何在跨部门团队中工作,职业化基本素质,

Mrs.Jiang,

Mrs. Jiang has bachelor in pedagogy and MBA, worked in the perspective of the enterprise program management, pre-investment and training development in Fortune 500, holding long term working experience in the international shipping, architect, pharmacy and software industry. At present, she is the training consultant of the European and American multinational management consulting company, and the senior career consultant of HD (Shanghai) Consultancy.

Mrs. Jiang has very rich training experience: she worked as the trainer in the first chemical company which has more than 200 employees, in charge of establishing the management development training system and sales training system, operating management training and sales skills training. Her management training program in Microsoft of Asia district obtained the Human Resource Honor in 2002 from headquarter of Microsoft.

徐女士
